I recently hired Buildingwise to do a pest and building inspection on a property I was buying. I needed someone right away, and they organised the inspection for the very next day. The day after that, I was emailed a very detailed report, complete with clear photographs of all the issues. The report was very thorough, and written in clear, easy-to-understand language. In addition, they talked me through it over the phone,  to make sure I understand it all properly, and answered all my questions.
